outsourcing breast milk?

yes, just had to break my blog hiatus with this story in time magazine.

this is some nasty stuff. not only do crazy, hormonal, postpartum women(not to be stereotypical...okay, i was) decide to share breast milk with the babies of their friends or family but they even hire nonpregnant women to breastfeed their newborns. one day i imagine a buffet line of women whipping it out for babies to get all sorts of samples. well, i guess if you decide to use some other man's sperm from a sperm bank to fertilize your egg, this isn't so beyond imagination.
